How to install (Windows Setup)?
• Download the setup file
• Once downloaded, run the "passimagein-setup.exe" file.
• Allow administration privillages.
• Follow setup instructions.
Once installed, you can lunach by following methods
• Use CTRL + SHIFT + C hotkey combination.
• Locate and run the start menu icon.
• If you may find desktop icon if selected during install, double click to start capturing.
How to install (Google Chrome extension)
• Download the zip from here
• Chrome → More tools → Extensions
• Enable Developer mode
• Click "Load unpacked" and select the unzipped folder
How long are images stored?
• Images are stored for at least 12 months after the last view. So, images that are used regularly should be retained forever (suitable for documentation purposes).

When I increase font in display settings, the screen is not captured accurately:
• Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\PassImageIn\
• Right mouse click on passimagein.exe > click "properties"
• Click "Compatibility" tab.
• Click "Change High DPI Settings" button.
• Make sure you have following and click "ok":

• Click "ok" button again to save and close the properties dialog
The hotkey is slow to launch program.
• Please uninstall the old EliteWork image capture tool
• Sign out of windows account and login again.
• Install the PassImageIn setup again.
